Properly discard this product when it is expired or no longer needed. The elimination half-life and apparent clearance of lamotrigine following oral administration of LAMICTAL to adult subjects with epilepsy and healthy volunteers is summarized in Table Valproic acid more than doubles the elimination half-life of lamotrigine in both pediatric and adult patients.
Age was not a determining factor. It may harm an unborn baby.
